Meet Our Team
At ActivRehab, we believe that successful rehabilitation is built on more than clinical expertise—it's built on trust, communication, and understanding. Our team is passionate about helping every client move with confidence, recover from injury, and achieve their personal goals through evidence-based, individualised care.
Whether you're returning to sport, recovering from surgery, managing persistent pain, or simply looking to move better, you'll be supported by clinicians who are committed to putting your health and wellbeing first.
Clinical Lead & Co-Director
Tarryn Mutch
As Clinical Lead and Co-Director of ActivRehab, Tarryn is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her approach combines detailed assessment, exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and education to empower clients throughout every stage of their recovery.
With experience working across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, clinical exercise physiology, and higher education, Tarryn is committed to delivering evidence-based care that addresses not only symptoms but also the underlying causes of pain and injury. She has a particular interest in combining rehabilitation with long-term health and performance, helping clients build resilience for the future rather than simply treating the immediate problem.
